近日，中裕实业集团全资海外子公司 —— 中裕工业印度尼西亚有限公司奠基仪式，于印度尼西亚卡拉旺 ARTHA 工业园区盛大启幕。

　　中裕实业集团总裁丁德裕先生、董事丁德林先生，中裕工业印度尼西亚有限公司董事长黄则鸿先生，集团经营管理团队、美信集团总经理肖明先生出席本次仪式;大源峰中国公司执行董事兼总经理朴世准先生、园区管理方、上下游合作伙伴代表等特邀嘉宾齐聚现场，共同见证这一里程碑时刻。

　　Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for Zhongyu Industry Indonesia Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of Zhongyu Industrial Group, was grandly held at the ARTHA Industrial Hill in Karawang, Indonesia.

　　Mr. Ding Deyu, President of Zhongyu Industrial Group, Mr. Ding Delin, Director, Mr. Huang Zehong, Chairman of Zhongyu Industry Indonesia Co Ltd along with the group’s management team and Mr. Xiao Ming, General Manager of ACE United Group,attended the event. Special guests including Mr. Kevin Park, Executive Director and General Manager of Dayuanfeng China, representatives from the industrial park management, and upstream and downstream partners gathered to witness this milestone moment.

　　中裕工业印度尼西亚有限公司总投资2.2亿元人民币，总占地面积6.2万平方米，建筑面积4.6万平方米。项目规划建设3幢现代化主生产车间、1幢综合办公楼，配套建设9条智能化、自动化生产线及高端研发检测设备，全力打造绿色环保、智能高效的现代化标杆工厂。

　　Zhongyu Industry Indonesia Co., Ltd. has a total investment of RMB 220 million, covering an area of 62,000 square meters with a construction area of 46,000 square meters. The project will build three modern main production workshops, one comprehensive office building, and nine intelligent, automated production lines equipped with advanced R&D and testing facilities. It aims to establish a green, environmentally friendly, intelligent, and efficient benchmark factory.

　　仪式上，中裕实业集团总裁丁德裕发表致辞。他表示，印尼新工厂是集团深耕东南亚市场、稳步推进全球化战略的重要里程碑。印尼地处东南亚核心枢纽，区位条件优越、产业配套完善、消费市场前景广阔，是集团海外产业布局的关键支点。项目年全面达产后，届时将形成年产1200万米高端 PU 合成革的强劲产能。

　　At the ceremony, Mr. Ding Deyu, President of Zhongyu Industrial Group, delivered a speech. He stated that the new factory in Indonesia represents a key milestone in the group’s deep cultivation of the Southeast Asian market and the steady advancement of its globalization strategy. Indonesia, located at the heart of Southeast Asia, offers superior location advantages, well-developed industrial support, and vast consumer market potential, making it a crucial pivot for the group’s overseas industrial layout. Upon full operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 12 million meters of high-end PU synthetic leather.

　　President Ding Deyu emphasized that the group will fully implement localized development principles, strictly comply with Indonesian laws, regulations, and cultural customs, continuously employ local labor, and drive the synergistic upgrading of upstream and downstream industrial chains to contribute to local economic growth. He also called on all participating units to strictly adhere to safety production and project quality standards, accelerate construction, and strive for early completion and commissioning. The project should be built into a flagship overseas project for the group and a model of high-quality China-Indonesia industrial cooperation, achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes for all parties.

He noted that the Indonesia base serves as the group’s core platform for expanding into the high-end PU synthetic leather market in Southeast Asia. The project focuses on the R&D and production of high-end PU synthetic leather, with industry-leading hardware and software capabilities. Once fully operational, it will deliver significant production capacity and economic benefits, with products reaching the entire Southeast Asian regional market.
